Is a report from the Patients Association where this raises the questions of why complaints handling is still inadequate despite countless reviews by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. One issue raised struck accord in this report is where the PHSO claims to be the last resort in raising Healthcare complaints? I am not entirely sure they can be the last resort when we have the House of Commons Select Committee. This is because the PHSO is the people's Ombudsman.
